- Technical monitoring: power supply check (checking shore power, cable condition, and charge level of all battery groups), hold check (inspecting holds for water, oil, or fuel, testing automatic pumps), checking kingstons.
- System start-up: Short-term start-up of engines and generator (once every two weeks/month) to warm up and lubricate components (as agreed with the owner).
- Internal supervision and climate control (ventilating rooms, controlling humidity using dehumidifiers, checking plumbing with fresh water to prevent seals from drying out and odors from tanks)
- Reporting: digital report to the owner after each visit with a checklist of checked systems.
- Storm duty: Unscheduled trip to the yacht upon receiving a storm warning of more than 25-30 knots
- Key management: Storage of duplicate keys and provision of access to the boat to trusted contractors
